April - Meeting with KK re: what we will achieve during the summer term.

Release morning in May to plan Health Month / Health aware fayre and science week with LK

June INSET- Staff meeting – explanation of Health month / whole school Health aware project / summer fayre theme / costume and music.

Health month blog was set up to show what we were doing. Fliars were sent out to each parent to explain what was happening in Health Month. Posters went up in school to advertise upcoming events.

May - July - class council meetings planning each step of the health aware fayre and feeding back to pupil committee.

June - Meeting with Kevin to finalise what will happen in health month / health aware fayre and summer fayre

Throughout June - Staff meetings – updates to staff about the project.

Throughout June - grp of Ch visited both Sainsbury's and Hughes fruit and veg to pitch for support in the Primary Enterprise Challange. Both pitches were successful and resulted in donated fruit.

15th June - AC assembly to launch Health Month

17th June - health aware fayre.

18th June - Summer Fayre

July 1st - AC / LT / Gov / HT attended council house to present our PEC project on 'lifewise'. We were overall winners and won £200. This was coupled with nearly £200 profit. Ch will decide how this is spent.

July - Display boards put up in the reception area to celebrate our links with our community and Health month theme.

July 4th - Science week with health theme.

July 8th - celebration assembly about Science week.

July - Each class completed a questionnaire to measure the success of the project and what was learnt through it.

July - Healthy reward time organised for each class.

Healthy picnic - whole school - 20th July – reviewing what we had done as part of one world month.
